KT2 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.
Most KT2 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. We treat KT2 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. KT2 shares its airspace picture with the rest of Kingston upon Thames, which we already know well.
Every flight in KT2 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Delivery is by secure cloud transfer, with the raw files retained as backup. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in KT2.
Part of KT2 fronts the Thames, and river work has its own rules. We coordinate with the PLA, work to tide windows, and can launch from a vessel where the shot needs it.

How long will you be on site in KT2?
Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
What do we actually receive at the end?
That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
