Aerial Coverage of PR Stunts, Filed the Same Day
Drone photography and filming of PR stunts in London, with press-ready stills delivered while the story is still running.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
A PR stunt happens once. There is no second take, no pick-up day, and no version of the story where the pictures arrive on Thursday for a Tuesday news cycle. That single constraint shapes everything about how we cover one. UAS London flies aerial coverage of stunts and press moments across London for PR agencies and in-house press offices. The deliverable is a small number of frames a picture desk can use without asking for anything else: correctly exposed, correctly sized, captioned, and in the inbox while the story is live. A selected and graded set goes out the same day, with the full take following. Being in position matters more than reacting quickly. We plan the angle from the brief and the run of the day, so the aircraft is already where the shot is when the stunt happens. Chasing it from behind produces a record of an event rather than a photograph of one. We film the stunt. Organising it, staffing it and obtaining its own permissions stay with you and your production team. Our permissions cover the flight itself, including central London's restricted airspace, and we will say at the enquiry stage if a location makes the shot impossible rather than discovering it on the morning. CAA operational authorisation and £10M public liability, documented before the date.

Frequently Asked Questions
How quickly can we have usable images after the stunt?
A selected, graded set goes out the same day, sized for a picture desk. The full take follows afterwards. If your filing deadline is tighter than that, say so at the briefing stage and we will plan the day around the deadline rather than the other way round.
What happens if the stunt only works once?
That is the normal case, and it is why the position is decided in advance rather than on the day. We plan the angle from the brief and the run of the day, so the aircraft is already where the shot is instead of following the stunt and photographing the back of it. Where a single take carries real risk, we can put up a second aircraft on a different angle.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance and our pilots have over 1,000 flight hours.
How quickly can you deliver?
We offer same-day turnaround for urgent projects. Standard delivery is within 24-48 hours for edited footage and photography. RAW files can be delivered on the day of filming.
