Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in IG3

Our roof & asset condition surveys crews work IG3 and the districts around it throughout the year.

Roof & asset condition surveys in IG3 is something we are set up to do at short notice. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Repeat visits to the same IG3 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

We plan roof & asset condition surveys around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Built-up areas like IG3 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. IG3 sits in the Ilford postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

Before we fly in IG3 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in IG3 are given notice where the operation warrants it.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. Repeat visits to IG3 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
