Getting a crew into RM15 is a short job for us rather than a special arrangement. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.
A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Some RM15 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. We work the whole of Romford, so RM15 is rarely a standalone trip.
The RM15 operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.
Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. We flag anything that could delay the RM15 shoot as soon as we spot it.
A good deal of RM15 looks onto the tideway, which is where most of our flying hours have been logged. We plan around the tide, keep a radio watch on river traffic, and notify the PLA before the crew arrives.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
