Drone Mapping in RM1
We cover RM1 for drone mapping, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
We know the airspace picture over RM1 before we quote on it. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. If another supplier is already engaged, we can work alongside them.
Most RM1 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of RM1. RM1 is one of the Romford districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.
We confirm what permissions the RM1 site needs before anything is booked in. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.
We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. We keep the brief and the delivery in writing so expectations stay aligned.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
