Drone Inspection in RM1

We fly drone inspection throughout RM1, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We know the airspace picture over RM1 before we quote on it. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Access constraints in RM1 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

What comes back from the RM1 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Built-up areas like RM1 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Because RM1 falls under Romford, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Before we fly in RM1 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. The aircraft is chosen after the brief is understood, not before. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Raw files come back the same day, with edited output typically inside 24 to 48 hours. We would rather explain a constraint up front than surprise you with it later.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
