Our pilots work in E12 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. Access constraints in E12 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.
Aerial work in E12 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, E12 included. E12 is one of the East London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.
Planning for E12 covers airspace class, nearby aerodromes, and anything on the ground that changes the risk picture. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
