Drone Inspection in E12
Everything we fly in E12 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
E12 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.
Aerial work in E12 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. London airspace is not uniform, and E12 has its own constraints to work around. Because E12 falls under East London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.
Ground risk in E12 is assessed on its own terms, street by street. On site we match the platform to the job, using cinema rigs for filming and RTK systems where survey accuracy matters. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.
UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Nothing is held back pending payment; you get the material as agreed. If anything changes between quote and flight, you hear it from us first.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
How long will you be on site in E12?
Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
