Drone Filming in E12

Everything we fly in E12 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

Drone filming in E12 is something we are set up to do at short notice. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

The point of drone filming is usually a decision someone else needs to make. Tall structures around E12 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. Anything we can do elsewhere in East London we can do in E12.

We assess the E12 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Can you work around a live site in E12?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Can you fly drones in E12?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in E12. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
