Drone Inspection in EC3M

Whatever the site looks like in EC3M, our drone inspection team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

UAS London covers the EC3M postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

Every drone inspection brief starts with what the images have to do. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and EC3M is no exception. EC3M is grouped with the rest of East Central London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Any EC3M flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Give us the site details and we will confirm feasibility and cost before you commit. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
