Drone Filming in W1K

A CAA-approved, £10M-insured crew for drone filming anywhere in W1K.

We take drone filming bookings across W1K most weeks of the year. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. We quote per job rather than from a rate card, because sites differ more than services do.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. We already know which parts of W1K need extra lead time and which do not. We work the whole of West London, so W1K is rarely a standalone trip.

Before we fly in W1K we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.

Everything we fly in W1K sits inside the permissions we actually hold. Larger data sets are delivered by secure transfer rather than physical media. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
