Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Some EC2Y streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. We work the whole of East Central London, so EC2Y is rarely a standalone trip.
The EC2Y plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.
Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. We would rather explain a constraint up front than surprise you with it later.

Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
Can you fly drones in EC2Y?
