Construction Progress Monitoring in RM13
From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver construction progress monitoring throughout RM13.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
RM13 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Quotes hold; we do not revise them once the job is agreed.
Most RM13 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of RM13. We work the whole of Romford, so RM13 is rarely a standalone trip.
The RM13 plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in RM13. Repeat visits to RM13 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. We flag anything that could delay the RM13 shoot as soon as we spot it.
Riverfront work in RM13 needs a crew that reads the water as well as the airspace. Ours includes working Thames skippers, so tide state and vessel movements are planned for rather than discovered on the day.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because RM13 is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Frequently Asked Questions
What does a shoot in RM13 cost?
Price depends on the site, the flight time and the deliverables, so we quote per job rather than from a rate card. Send us the RM13 address and a short brief and we will come back with a fixed, obligation-free price.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
