Construction Progress Monitoring in DA14

Our construction progress monitoring operations reach every part of DA14, with raw files back the same day and edits inside 48 hours.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

DA14 is part of the London area our construction progress monitoring crews cover as standard. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Access constraints in DA14 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

We plan construction progress monitoring around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Built-up areas like DA14 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. DA14 is grouped with the rest of Dartford on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

Ground risk in DA14 is assessed on its own terms, street by street. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in DA14.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

How much notice do you need for a booking in DA14?

A few days is comfortable for most DA14 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
