Getting a crew into DA14 is a short job for us rather than a special arrangement. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Height limits, restricted zones and helicopter routes all vary across London, DA14 included. DA14 shares its airspace picture with the rest of Dartford, which we already know well.

The DA14 plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

How much notice do you need for a booking in DA14?

A few days is comfortable for most DA14 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
