Construction Drone Filming in RM1

Professional construction drone filming in RM1, delivered by pilots who work London's restricted airspace every week.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

We deliver construction drone filming throughout RM1 for commercial and private clients alike. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Good construction drone filming makes the next conversation shorter. The airspace picture over RM1 is checked fresh for each booking. Romford is a regular working area for us, and RM1 is part of it.

Operations in RM1 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. We fly the plan that was agreed, and flag it if the site has changed since.

Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Urgent RM1 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. We flag anything that could delay the RM1 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
