Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in W1B

We fly roof & asset condition surveys throughout W1B, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We run roof & asset condition surveys jobs across W1B throughout the year. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Built-up areas like W1B carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. We work the whole of West London, so W1B is rarely a standalone trip.

Airspace over W1B is checked on the day as well as at the planning stage. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

Site inductions and permit systems are no obstacle; we work to them routinely. Send the W1B address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. The same pilot who plans the W1B job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
