Aerial Photography in W1B

Book aerial photography in W1B with a crew that handles the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances for you.

We know the airspace picture over W1B before we quote on it. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. Deliverables can be split across several recipients where the client team is spread out.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. We have flown enough of London to know where W1B gets complicated. W1B is grouped with the rest of West London on our scheduling, which keeps mobilisation costs down.

The W1B plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. Urgent W1B jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. Nothing about the W1B operation is subcontracted out without telling you.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
