Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in RM13

RM13 is inside our regular operating area. Our roof & asset condition surveys crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

RM13 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Height changes what the site communicates: context, scale and progress all read differently. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of RM13. Because RM13 falls under Romford, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Each RM13 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

Because RM13 runs down to the river, work here often means flying over water. We hold marine insurance and coordinate with the PLA and London VTS on any riverside operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

How much notice do you need for a booking in RM13?

A few days is comfortable for most RM13 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
