Roof & Asset Condition Surveys in HA3

Tell us the HA3 site and the brief, and we will confirm what is possible before you commit.

If your site falls in HA3, our roof & asset condition surveys team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. Repeat visits to the same HA3 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

A drone reaches vantage points in HA3 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. Built-up areas like HA3 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Harrow is a regular working area for us, and HA3 is part of it.

We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for HA3 ahead of the shoot date. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

All flights are logged, and we keep the records available for your compliance file. Ask for the HA3 brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
