UAS London covers Sea Reach as part of our tidal Thames operating area. Our pilots hold marine radio and work directly alongside skippers during the flight. Where a brief covers several reaches, we plan them into one run down the river.

River work at Sea Reach is planned against live traffic information, not a generic river chart. High-zoom and thermal payloads cover structural inspection of piers, bridges and river walls. Flights are kept tight, because on the river loiter time costs you the tide rather than buying better footage.

Any Sea Reach operation is logged with the river authorities before the crew arrives. Our pilots hold advanced CAA permissions covering congested river corridors and historic crossings. We hold the separation the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

If weather or tide closes the window, we rebook the next viable slot at no extra cost. Talk to our skippers before you commit. They will tell you quickly whether the shot is achievable. We are straightforward about what the river will and will not allow.
