River Event Filming at Greenwich Reach

Flying at Greenwich Reach means working over moving water, tidal range and live vessel traffic. The work ranges from single vessel shoots to multi-day coverage of marine civil projects. Repeat work at Greenwich Reach keeps the same crew wherever scheduling allows.

We identify launch and recovery points at Greenwich Reach that work at the state of tide on the day. Cinema, inspection and mapping payloads can all be flown on the same tide window. Battery and crew changes are planned around the window so nothing is lost mid-sequence.

Notices to mariners are checked before any Greenwich Reach flight, and radio watch is kept during it. Ground safety on the bank, meaning cordons, pedestrian routes and marshals, is planned alongside the flight. Abort criteria are briefed to the crew and the skipper before the first launch.
