Every thermal drone inspection brief starts with what the images have to do. Built-up areas like UB5 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. We work the whole of Southall, so UB5 is rarely a standalone trip.

We assess the UB5 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. If conditions change on the day, the pilot's call is final.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.
