UB5 is part of the London area our drone survey crews cover as standard. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

Operations in UB5 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. We carry enough kit to change approach on site if conditions demand it. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.
Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Repeat visits to UB5 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in UB5.

Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
