Thermal Drone Inspection in RM1

Our thermal drone inspection crews work RM1 and the districts around it throughout the year.

If your site falls in RM1, our thermal drone inspection team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. We will say plainly if a drone is the wrong tool for what you are trying to show.

The right altitude for any RM1 site depends entirely on what you are trying to show. London airspace is not uniform, and RM1 has its own constraints to work around. Our coverage of Romford means a crew can reach RM1 without a long transit.

Each RM1 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Everything is captured at the highest quality the job can actually use. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation RM1 usually calls for. Repeat visits to RM1 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. You get one point of contact from enquiry through to delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

What does a shoot in RM1 cost?

Price depends on the site, the flight time and the deliverables, so we quote per job rather than from a rate card. Send us the RM1 address and a short brief and we will come back with a fixed, obligation-free price.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
