Thermal Drone Inspection in E2

Whatever the site looks like in E2, our thermal drone inspection team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

Our pilots work in E2 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Sites vary from tight residential streets to large commercial and industrial plots. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Aerial work in E2 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and E2 is no exception. Clients in E2 often have sites elsewhere in East London, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.

Operations in E2 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in E2 are given notice where the operation warrants it.

All flights are logged, and we keep the records available for your compliance file. Repeat visits to E2 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Can you fly drones in E2?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in E2. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
