Thermal Drone Inspection in BR1

A CAA-approved, £10M-insured crew for thermal drone inspection anywhere in BR1.

Our thermal drone inspection work in BR1 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

A drone reaches vantage points in BR1 that scaffolding and cherry pickers cannot justify. We treat BR1 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. We hold current airspace knowledge for Bromley as a whole, BR1 included.

We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for BR1 ahead of the shoot date. Two-operator setups are available where the shot needs independent camera control. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

We can supply method statements and risk assessments for your own site paperwork. Send the BR1 address and the brief, and we will come back with a fixed price. We flag anything that could delay the BR1 shoot as soon as we spot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in BR1?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
