Drone Survey in BR1

We cover BR1 for drone survey, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.

We know the airspace picture over BR1 before we quote on it. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. The airspace picture over BR1 is checked fresh for each booking. BR1 sits in the Bromley postcode area, which our crews cover as one patch.

Where the site in BR1 sits near controlled airspace or sensitive infrastructure, we arrange the clearances first. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. If the airspace makes the job impossible, you will hear that at the enquiry stage.

Every operation runs under our CAA authorisation with £10M public liability cover in place. Tell us the BR1 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. The same pilot who plans the BR1 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Can you work around a live site in BR1?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
