Real Estate Drone Videography in RM13

We fly real estate drone videography throughout RM13, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

We take real estate drone videography bookings across RM13 most weeks of the year. Briefs range from a single set of stills through to full production support. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

What comes back from the RM13 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Where RM13 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. RM13 is one of the Romford districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

We assess the RM13 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

The river edge of RM13 is a different operating problem to the streets behind it. Tides move the working surface, vessels move through the shot, and the Port of London Authority needs telling in advance. All three are routine parts of our planning here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
