Real Estate Drone Videography in CR90

Our real estate drone videography operations reach every part of CR90, with raw files back the same day and edits inside 48 hours.

We deliver real estate drone videography throughout CR90 for commercial and private clients alike. Clients here range from developers and contractors to production companies, agents and event organisers. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

The value of real estate drone videography here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. Tall structures around CR90 affect both signal and wind, and we plan for both. Croydon is a regular working area for us, and CR90 is part of it.

Before we fly in CR90 we check airspace restrictions, obstacles and ground risk on the day. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. We keep the separation distances the regulations require from anyone not under our control.

Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Urgent CR90 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Frequently Asked Questions

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
