Real Estate Drone Videography in BR1

Everything we fly in BR1 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.

We know the airspace picture over BR1 before we quote on it. Enquiries come from marketing teams, site managers, agents and private owners alike. Access constraints in BR1 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.

Whether the BR1 material ends up in a brochure or a report changes how we shoot it. We have flown enough of London to know where BR1 gets complicated. Bromley is a regular working area for us, and BR1 is part of it.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the BR1 site before quoting. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

We are happy to be added to a principal contractor's approved supplier list. Nothing is held back pending payment; you get the material as agreed. If anything changes between quote and flight, you hear it from us first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Can you work around a live site in BR1?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Can you fly drones in BR1?

Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in BR1. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
