Real Estate Aerial Photography in RM13

Our real estate aerial photography crews work RM13 and the districts around it throughout the year.

Getting a crew into RM13 is a short job for us rather than a special arrangement. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

Aerial work in RM13 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. Operating in RM13 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. RM13 is one of the Romford districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

Ground risk in RM13 is assessed on its own terms, street by street. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. Where a second visit is our fault, it is at our cost.

The river edge of RM13 is a different operating problem to the streets behind it. Tides move the working surface, vessels move through the shot, and the Port of London Authority needs telling in advance. All three are routine parts of our planning here.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

How quickly can you deliver?

We offer same-day turnaround for urgent projects. Standard delivery is within 24-48 hours.

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
