FPV Drone Filming in N18

Whatever the site looks like in N18, our FPV drone filming team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

Our pilots work in N18 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. Repeat visits to the same N18 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in N18. Our coverage of North London means a crew can reach N18 without a long transit.

Flight planning for N18 accounts for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. Everything is captured at the highest quality the job can actually use. Neighbouring properties are considered before the flight path is set.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. Repeat visits to N18 are delivered to a consistent spec so the set matches. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
