Getting a crew into N18 is a short job for us rather than a special arrangement. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.
A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Operating in N18 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. We work the whole of North London, so N18 is rarely a standalone trip.
The N18 operating plan is written before the crew is scheduled, not after. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.
Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?
Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
