Drone Survey in UB18

Whatever the site looks like in UB18, our drone survey team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

UAS London covers the UB18 postcode district as part of our standard London operating area. We work for construction firms, property teams, marketing agencies and local businesses in the area. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

Most UB18 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. We already know which parts of UB18 need extra lead time and which do not. We hold current airspace knowledge for Southall as a whole, UB18 included.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the UB18 site before quoting. We capture in RAW throughout, so there is headroom left in the grade or the processing. Every crew member knows the abort criteria before the first take-off.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in UB18. Nothing is held back pending payment; you get the material as agreed. If anything changes between quote and flight, you hear it from us first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
