Drone Survey in N1

Our drone survey operations reach every part of N1, with raw files back the same day and edits inside 48 hours.

N1 is part of the London area our drone survey crews cover as standard. Our clients here tend to be developers, contractors, architects and creative agencies. If the brief is still loose, we would rather talk it through than guess at it.

What comes back from the N1 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Where N1 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. We hold current airspace knowledge for North London as a whole, N1 included.

Planning for N1 covers airspace class, nearby aerodromes, and anything on the ground that changes the risk picture. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. Where children or the general public are present, the plan accounts for them explicitly.

Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. Tell us the N1 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in N1.

Frequently Asked Questions

How long will you be on site in N1?

Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
