N1 is a regular destination for our drone inspection crews. That includes new-build developments, refurbishment sites, commercial premises and public events. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.
What comes back from the N1 flight should stand on its own without explanation. Operating in N1 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Sites across North London get the same crews and the same standards as N1.
Every flight in N1 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Depending on the deliverable that might be the Inspire 3 for 8K, a Mavic for reach, or a Matrice for mapping. We turn down work we cannot do properly rather than take it on and hope.
Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. Feedback on a first cut is included rather than billed as a revision.

How long will you be on site in N1?
Most single-subject jobs take one to three hours on site including setup, briefing and packing down. Larger sites, multiple elevations or survey work take longer, and we confirm the expected window when we quote.
Can you fly drones in N1?
Yes. We hold the necessary permissions to operate safely in N1. Every operation includes a full risk assessment and coordination with local authorities or airspace controllers where required.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
