Drone Inspection in W6
We cover W6 for drone inspection, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
W6 is part of the London area our drone inspection crews cover as standard. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Access constraints in W6 are worth telling us about early, because they change the plan.
The value of drone inspection here is showing something that is otherwise hard to see. Some W6 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Sites across West London get the same crews and the same standards as W6.
Every flight in W6 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Cinema, survey and inspection payloads are all available from the same crew on the same visit. Residents and neighbouring occupiers in W6 are given notice where the operation warrants it.
Paperwork is ready before the booking is confirmed rather than chased afterwards. Urgent W6 jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. If anything changes between quote and flight, you hear it from us first.
A good deal of W6 looks onto the tideway, which is where most of our flying hours have been logged. We plan around the tide, keep a radio watch on river traffic, and notify the PLA before the crew arrives.
What's Included
Thames Riverside Expertise
Because W6 is adjacent to the River Thames, operations here may require specialist maritime knowledge. We coordinate with the Port of London Authority (PLA) and provide highly experienced river skippers when required.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?
Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
What happens if the weather is bad on the day?
We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
