Drone Inspection in N81

Whatever the site looks like in N81, our drone inspection team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

We run drone inspection jobs across N81 throughout the year. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.

The point of drone inspection is usually a decision someone else needs to make. Where N81 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. N81 is one of the North London districts we cover, and the surrounding ones are all in range.

We look at obstacles, overflight and public access around the N81 site before quoting. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

Permissions, insurance and the risk assessment are all available before the flight rather than after it. Tell us the N81 postcode and what you need, and we will quote without obligation. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
