Drone Filming in RM14

We fly drone filming throughout RM14, planned and permitted before the crew arrives on site.

RM14 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Where a job spans several sites, we can cover them in one mobilisation.

Aerial work in RM14 tends to answer a question that ground-level images cannot. We have flown enough of London to know where RM14 gets complicated. Because RM14 falls under Romford, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Planning for RM14 covers airspace class, nearby aerodromes, and anything on the ground that changes the risk picture. Longer lenses let us keep distance from people and property without losing detail. We would rather stand down and rebook than fly a marginal operation.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in RM14. Ask for the RM14 brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do you need for a booking in RM14?

A few days is comfortable for most RM14 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.
