Drone Filming in IG5
Everything we fly in IG5 sits inside permissions we already hold, with paperwork available on request.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
Our pilots work in IG5 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. The mix runs from property and construction through to events and editorial. Scheduling is flexible. Early starts and weekend slots are both available.
We plan drone filming around the output you need rather than the shots that look impressive. Operating in IG5 is a different problem to operating on open ground, and it is planned that way. Clients in IG5 often have sites elsewhere in Ilford, and we can cover both on one mobilisation.
Flight planning for IG5 accounts for restricted airspace, local infrastructure and pedestrian movement. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Our authorisation covers the kind of built-up operation IG5 usually calls for. We can deliver in stages where a project needs early material. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions
Do you retain copyright, or do we?
Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
How much notice do you need for a booking in IG5?
A few days is comfortable for most IG5 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
Are you CAA approved?
Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.
