Construction Site Mapping in N18

We cover N18 for construction site mapping, with the airspace checks, risk assessment and clearances handled before the crew arrives.

Our pilots work in N18 often enough to know its airspace constraints before we arrive. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. We can attend a pre-start meeting where the site requires one.

Most N18 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. We have flown enough of London to know where N18 gets complicated. North London is a regular working area for us, and N18 is part of it.

Every flight in N18 starts with an airspace check and a written risk assessment. Thermal and high-zoom payloads are available where the inspection calls for them. Privacy is considered in the flight plan, not left to the edit.

Our permissions and £10M public liability cover apply to all work in N18. File formats are agreed up front so nothing needs converting later. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

How much notice do you need for a booking in N18?

A few days is comfortable for most N18 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
