Construction Progress Monitoring in W12

Commercial construction progress monitoring in W12, from a London operator with CAA approval, £10M cover and same-day raw delivery.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

W12 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. We handle both one-off commissions and scheduled repeat visits for ongoing projects. Where you need stills and video, they come from one visit rather than two.

Every construction progress monitoring brief starts with what the images have to do. Some W12 streets simply have nowhere safe to launch, and we will say so. Sites across West London get the same crews and the same standards as W12.

Operations in W12 are planned against current NOTAMs and airspace data rather than last month's. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. Crew brief happens on site, in front of whoever is responsible for the ground.

We are CAA approved and insured to £10M public liability on every job. Turnaround is same-day for raw material and 24 to 48 hours for edits, maps or reports. If anything changes between quote and flight, you hear it from us first.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you CAA approved?

Yes. UAS London is fully CAA approved with enhanced permissions for commercial drone operations in built-up areas. We carry £10M public liability insurance.

How much notice do you need for a booking in W12?

A few days is comfortable for most W12 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
