Drone Survey in W12

W12 is inside our regular operating area. Our drone survey crews mobilise quickly and arrive with the paperwork already done.

Our drone survey work in W12 spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. Repeat visits to the same W12 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

Clients in W12 usually need the material for marketing, a record, or a decision. We treat W12 as its own operating environment rather than a dot on a London map. Because W12 falls under West London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

Each W12 job is planned around the site itself: access, take-off points, overflight and people on the ground. Kit is chosen per brief, from sub-250g aircraft for tight spaces to RTK platforms for centimetre accuracy. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.

All flights are logged, and we keep the records available for your compliance file. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. If we get something wrong, we go back and reshoot it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in W12?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
