Construction Progress Monitoring in SW20

Our construction progress monitoring operations reach every part of SW20, with raw files back the same day and edits inside 48 hours.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

SW20 is part of the London area our construction progress monitoring crews cover as standard. We are as comfortable on a single house as on a multi-acre site. Repeat visits to the same SW20 site keep the same crew wherever we can manage it.

What comes back from the SW20 flight should stand on its own without explanation. The airspace picture over SW20 is checked fresh for each booking. Anything we can do elsewhere in South West London we can do in SW20.

Any SW20 flight close to controlled airspace gets NATS or ATC coordination arranged in advance. Where the output is data rather than footage, we fly RTK-equipped platforms for survey-grade accuracy. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.

UAS London holds CAA operational authorisation and carries £10M public liability insurance. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. The same pilot who plans the SW20 job is usually the one who flies it.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.

Can you work around a live site in SW20?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.
