Drone Mapping in SW20

Whatever the site looks like in SW20, our drone mapping team plans the flight around it rather than the other way round.

SW20 is well within our operating radius, so mobilising a crew there is straightforward. Work here covers marketing, records, planning support and condition monitoring. We are happy to work alongside a ground photographer or video crew already on site.

An aerial set of the site gives you context that a street-level photograph loses. Built-up areas like SW20 carry ground-risk rules that open sites do not. Because SW20 falls under South West London, we can usually combine it with nearby districts in one visit.

We confirm what permissions the SW20 site needs before anything is booked in. Mapping work is flown on RTK platforms rather than estimated from camera drones. If the airspace makes the job impossible, you will hear that at the enquiry stage.

Everything we fly in SW20 sits inside the permissions we actually hold. If weather stops the flight we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost. Our quotes set out what is included so there is nothing to argue about afterwards.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

Do we need permission from the landowner or council?

Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.

What do we actually receive at the end?

That depends on the brief: graded video, high-resolution stills, orthomosaic maps, 3D models or an inspection report. Raw capture is handed over on the day and finished output follows by secure cloud transfer.
