Construction Progress Monitoring in SW1A

SW1A is inside our regular patch, so construction progress monitoring there is a short mobilisation rather than a special arrangement.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

Our construction progress monitoring work in SW1A spans everything from single-shoot jobs to repeat site visits. Projects here run from quick property shoots to multi-day commercial productions. Budgets and deadlines are easier to design around when we know them early.

Most SW1A clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Proximity to controlled airspace changes what is possible in parts of SW1A. We hold current airspace knowledge for South West London as a whole, SW1A included.

The SW1A plan starts from what is on the ground, not from a standard template. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. Nothing is flown until the paperwork and the brief agree with each other.

Where a landowner, managing agent or council needs sight of our paperwork, we provide it up front. Urgent SW1A jobs can be turned around same-day where the schedule allows. Every job gets a written brief confirmation before we mobilise.

SW1A fronts the tidal Thames, so a job here can mean launching from the bank, from a pier or from a vessel. We are set up and insured for all three, with PLA coordination handled as standard.

Frequently Asked Questions

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.

What happens if the weather is bad on the day?

We monitor forecasts in the days before the flight and will tell you early if it looks marginal. If conditions make the flight unsafe we rebook the next clear window at no extra cost.

Do you retain copyright, or do we?

Licensing is agreed before the shoot and written into the quote, so there is no ambiguity afterwards. Tell us how you intend to use the material and we will scope the licence to match.
