Construction Progress Monitoring in SM4
From single visits to scheduled programmes, we deliver construction progress monitoring throughout SM4.
Recent Work
Selected work from across London and the Thames.
SM4 is a regular destination for our construction progress monitoring crews. Some clients book us once; others keep us on a monthly cycle. We quote per job rather than from a rate card, because sites differ more than services do.
Most SM4 clients are after material they can put straight in front of someone. Every London district has its own mix of obstacles, and SM4 is no exception. Anything we can do elsewhere in Sutton we can do in SM4.
We work out take-off and landing points, cordons and contingency routes for SM4 ahead of the shoot date. Payload choice follows the deliverable, whether that is a frame or a measurement. Our risk assessments are written to be read, not to tick a box.
Crews carry their permissions on site and brief your ground staff before the first flight. Edited video, stills, orthomosaics and inspection reports follow within 24 to 48 hours. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in SM4.

Frequently Asked Questions
Can you work around a live site in SM4?
Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
Do we need permission from the landowner or council?
Take-off and landing need the landowner's permission, and we will tell you whose it is before the date. Where a council, managing agent or estate needs sight of our CAA authorisation, insurance or risk assessment, we supply the paperwork directly.
Can you fly indoors or in enclosed spaces?
Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
