SM4 sits inside our core London coverage, and we fly there regularly. Work in the district covers everything from marketing imagery to progress records and condition reports. Budgets and deadlines are easier to design around when we know them early.
We shoot drone mapping to be used, not to fill a gallery. Local access, not airspace, is often the real constraint on work in SM4. We hold current airspace knowledge for Sutton as a whole, SM4 included.
We assess the SM4 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. We fly the aircraft the brief actually needs rather than the same platform for everything. We do not fly outside our permissions, whatever the deadline looks like.
Insurance certificates and CAA documentation are issued on request ahead of any SM4 booking. You get the raw capture on the day and finished deliverables within a couple of days. Questions get answered by someone who has actually flown the site.

Yes, with sub-250g aircraft and appropriate planning. Enclosed and confined spaces need their own risk assessment and often a different platform, so tell us about the environment early and we will confirm what is workable.
Can you work around a live site in SM4?
Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.
How much notice do you need for a booking in SM4?
A few days is comfortable for most SM4 sites, and we can often cover urgent work at shorter notice. Jobs needing NATS or ATC coordination, or access to a restricted site, need longer, and we will flag that as soon as we see the brief.
