Construction Progress Monitoring in SE3

Our construction progress monitoring operations reach every part of SE3, with raw files back the same day and edits inside 48 hours.

Recent Work

Selected work from across London and the Thames.

If your site falls in SE3, our construction progress monitoring team can plan and fly it under existing CAA permissions. Jobs come in from main contractors, subcontractors and the client side directly. Small jobs are welcome; there is no minimum project size.

A single well-planned flight over the site often replaces a day of access equipment. Where SE3 sits under a flight path, timings matter more than usual. South East London is a regular working area for us, and SE3 is part of it.

We assess the SE3 location in advance, on foot or from mapping, before any aircraft leaves the case. For confined sites we can drop to sub-250g aircraft without giving up image quality. Anything we cannot legally do, we say so before you book rather than after.

Where compliance evidence is needed for a planning or insurance file, we supply it. Ask for the SE3 brief to be quoted with and without editing if that helps you compare. We do not add charges after the fact for travel or parking in SE3.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can you work around a live site in SE3?

Yes. We plan around access routes, working hours and pedestrian movement, and can schedule flights for quieter windows to keep ground risk down. Cordons and marshalling are agreed in advance rather than arranged on the day.

Do you need us to close anything off while you fly?

Usually not. Most jobs are flown with a small cordon around the take-off point and sensible separation from people on the ground. Where a site genuinely needs more, we will tell you at the planning stage rather than on the morning.

Are you insured, and can we see the certificate?

Yes. We carry £10M public liability insurance and can send the certificate, our CAA operational authorisation and a job-specific risk assessment before the booking is confirmed.
